Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

Local Delivery: We partner with a trusted local delivery service to ensure your products arrive safely and promptly.
Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Delivery: Typically, local deliveries are completed within 3-7 business days after your order has been processed.
Same-Day Delivery: If you require same-day delivery, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and additional costs.

Service Area: We currently deliver all over India . If you are outside our local delivery area, please contact us to discuss alternative shipping options.

Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track the status of your delivery.

Incorrect Address: Ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Missed Deliveries: If the delivery partner is unable to deliver your package, they will leave a notice and attempt a second delivery. If delivery fails again, the package will be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery.
Damaged Items: If you receive your order and it is damaged, please contact us immediately at setavastra22@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will address these on a case-by-case basis.

Currently Unavailable: We do not offer international shipping at this time. We only ship to addresses within our local delivery area.
